For years we displayed Dave Barry’s humorous piece entitled How to Win Arguments, with credits to him.  In the early days of Life Story Writing, we didn’t know about Copyright Infringement and erroneously thought by giving credit, that made it okay to publish another’s works.  Eu Contraire.  Ignorance of the law is not an excuse, in spite of anyone’s good intentions, ours included!
