The Bathroom

I’m not the most thorough housekeeper I know. In fact, having been brought up in a neat and orderly household, I am surprised that absolutely none of that influence rubbed off on me! I have a hard time keeping to a schedule because, let’s face it, its not challenging to work for free. Since I haven’t even figured out the timelines to use to schedule housework, I usually wait until I’m in a cRiSiS sItUaTiOn — like when company’s a coming! So recently, as I pondered my age and my amazing ability to camoflauge the appearances therof, I’ve found that the best time to really clean my bathroom is once a month … right after I color my hair!
I’ve already dripped half the goo all over the sink … and since I must keep the stuff on my head for at least 40 minutes, I try to utilize my process time wisely and clean up the bathroom during that time.

It does help to be careful that you don’t continue to drip the goo all over the place while you’re cleaning … it defeats the purpose!

Sometimes I find that I also have enough time to touch up my kitchen located at the back of the house during the processing time, but that doesn’t go over too well with Peeping Tom across the fence. He’s much better entertained when I look my best!
